Our new school building gets the go ahead

We are delighted with recent developments in regards to the site of our new school which have ensured that work can begin on the project in the next few months.
Plans for our new 1,000 student school had stalled due to issues over land ownership, however following the recent compulsory purchase order of land (CPO) at the Marshes by Louth County Council, work can now commence.
Members of the  Louth Meath Education Training Board along with representatives from the Colaiste Chu Chulainn staff visited the site of the new school last week where they were given a guided tour by Principal Deirdre Ui Liathain.
Let the building commence!

Our first track and field event

A group of first years took part in the first track and field event for the school in Santry in April. The sun shone and although there were no winners on the day everyone gave it their best. Well done to the girls relay team 3rd in their heat and the boys relay team 4th in their heat.
